국민은행이 6월27일 서울중앙지방법원에 한채영과 남편 최동준씨 공동소유의 청담동 빌라에 대해 이자미납에 따른 경매를 신청한 사실이 알려졌다.
한채영 부부는 2009년 10월 빌라를 매입한 후 이를 담보로 2010년엔 한채영 명의로 12억 원, 2011년엔 오르투스모터스 명의로 13억 원 등 총 25억 원을 대출했다. 그런데 대출금 이자를 지급하지 않았고 채권기관인 국민은행이 경매를 신청했다.
경매에 오른 한채영의 빌라는 521㎡(약 157.6평)의 복층형으로 2009년 구입당시 시가 60억 원에 달했지만 현재 매매가는 부동산업계 불황으로 약 40억 원까지 떨어진 상태다.

Actress Han Cha Young’s high class villa; in immediate danger of getting auctioned.
The fact that Kukmin bank requested to Seoul Central district Court for the auction of the villa in Cheongdam-dong which is jointly owned by husband Choi Dong Jun and Han Chae Young according to default interest became known on June 27th.
The couple purchased the villa on October 2009 and took this as collateral and they checked out a total of 2.5 billion that 1.2 billion under the name of Han Chae Young in 2010 and 1.3 billion under the name of Ortus motors in 2011. However, they didn’t pay the interest of the loan and Kukmin bank as a bond issuing entity requested for auction.
Han Chae Young’s villa which was put up for auction is in a Two-storied of 521㎡ and amounted to 6 billion at market price at the time of purchase in 2009, but now, the sales fell to 4 billion due to the recession in the estate businesses.
