일곱 번째로 공개되는 이번 ‘49일’ OST곡 ‘단 하루를 살아도’가 25일 공개됐다. 이 곡은 조현재가 직접 부른 곡이다. 에프엑스(f(x)), 케이윌, 임정희 등 다수의 앨범과 드라마 OST를 작사, 작곡한 백무현과 정창욱이 공동 프로듀싱한 곡으로 어쿠스틱 악기들과 리얼 스트링이 조화를 이루어 감성적 완성도를 높였다.
조현재가 맡은 한강이 지난 21일 방송에서 남규리가 연기한 신지현을 향한 순애보를 나타내며 첫 번째 진실한 눈물의 주인공으로 등장해 여심을 녹인 후여서 이번 OST 곡이 시청자들의 마음을 더욱 끌어당길 전망이다.
